What happens if I miss my Turtlecall?
A call may reach voicemail. Recent calls whose audio began can be replayed in your account. Fifteen means scheduled opportunities, not fifteen answered calls. Missed calls, pauses and unavailable recordings do not create catch-up calls or extend service.
What if the person I buy this for never activates service? Can I get a refund?
Yes, just contact us. We will issue a full refund if a gift is not activated within 30 days of purchase.
Can I pause Turtlecalls or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel renewal through your account. Pressing 9 during a Turtlecall immediately stops future calls but does not cancel billing. To restart calls, sign in and verify your number again.
